Professional Career | Experience in Advocacy | Public Sector:
Lawyer with extensive multidisciplinary professional experience who currently focuses his activity in the areas of corporate, commercial and Administrative law, with the monitoring of investments, planning and drafting of legal opinions, incorporation of companies, monitoring of various processes of sale and transfer of assets, reorganizations and corporate restructuring, analysis and drafting of commercial contracts, production and supply of goods and services.
Also has experience in supporting and assisting the public sector (public institutions, public companies, and governmental
bodies) entities in employment matters, public tenders, drafting contracts, drafting legislation, legal opinions and negotiations,
such as:

• Legal assistance to the Ministry of Public Works of Timor-Leste, having actively participated in the drafting of various legal diplomas (namely in the Legal Regime for Procurement, Public Contracts and Respective Infractions – Decree-Law no. 22/2022, of 11 May), prepared opinions and participated in several meetings with various public entities.
